Sample maker : How does it feel to receive a new model to develop?
It is always exciting to create something new and exclusive that will be sold all over the world.  

What is important in this job?
Passion and patience.
A good worker should always have passion for his career and remain patient to create and finish a product to perfection.
I believe these are the two cornerstones to become a vital and experienced colleague.  

QC :

How does it feel to be part of this company?
It feels great, as this company is very well organized and maintains high standards.
Our measured time schedules and follow-up system make our QC much smoother than in other factories I have worked for before.  

What about the products you have to inspect?
Due to our well organized production procedures, we can inspect every single item individually, which reduces production errors to a minimum.  

What is important in your job?
I would say eye for detail is highly valued in my job.
I am very proud of our three-stage inspection model I have set up through the years.

1) Pre: Check the quality of all materials before starting production
2) Mid: Inspect all products and assembled materials before starting upholstery
3) After: Run a final inspection before packing the goods - keeping an eye on every little detail, from sewing seams to carton markings.
